Our Team

Nate Smith and Stanley Peplinski are the co-owners, founders, and operators of Lightspeed Restoration of St. Petersburg & Tampa. Since 2025, they have worked together to build a locally owned restoration company centered on trust, clear communication, and compassionate service.

Before entering the restoration industry, Nate and Stanley built successful careers in healthcare, business ownership, sales, consulting, and operations. Their experience taught them the importance of listening carefully, solving complex problems, and guiding people through stressful situations with patience and professionalism. They brought those same values to Lightspeed Restoration because they believe property owners need more than help repairing damage. They also need reliable answers, honest guidance, and a team that follows through on its promises.

Stanley brings extensive experience in healthcare, business leadership, and operations. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he went on to build a successful healthcare consulting company. At Lightspeed Restoration, he focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, and creating a positive customer experience from the first phone call through the final walkthrough.

Nate’s background includes healthcare sales, business ownership, customer service, and operations. He oversees the company’s daily operations and works closely with customers throughout their restoration projects. His attention to detail and relationship-focused approach help ensure each project is handled with care, quality, and integrity.

Both Nate and Stanley earned bachelor’s degrees in biology. As hands-on local owner-operators, they remain personally involved in the company and are committed to treating every home and business as if it were their own. Their goal is not simply to complete a restoration project, but to earn lasting trust and become the company customers confidently recommend to their families, friends, and neighbors.

Outside of work, Stanley enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and rescue dogs. Nate is also a dog lover and an accomplished golfer. They both enjoy college football, family time, and the opportunity to grow a family-owned and operated business that serves the Tampa Bay community.
