Our Team

Kirby Harris serves as Owner-President and has been with Lightspeed Restoration of Flower Mound & Coppell since 2024. Before entering the restoration industry, Kirby spent 36 years in automotive finance and insurance, building extensive experience in customer service, financial management, problem-solving, and guiding customers through complex decisions.

Kirby has continued to expand his technical expertise through IICRC training and certifications. He is certified as a Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Anti-Microbial Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and Odor Control Technician. This training gives him a strong understanding of the processes involved in water damage restoration, mold remediation, structural drying, and fire and smoke cleanup.

His restoration experience includes projects of many different sizes, from remediation work in a four-story office building to water, mold, and other damage affecting individual homes. That range of experience helps Kirby understand the different challenges property owners throughout the Flower Mound and Coppell area may face when unexpected damage occurs.

Kirby earned a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. Away from work, he enjoys traveling, golf, playing guitar, and studying Christian apologetics.
