Our Team

Kirby Harris is Owner-President and has been with Lightspeed Restoration of Northeast Tarrant since 2024. He brings 36 years of professional experience from the automotive industry, where he built his career in finance and insurance. That background gives Kirby a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, financial management, and helping people navigate important decisions during stressful situations.

In the restoration industry, Kirby has earned multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Anti-Microbial Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and Odor Control Technician. His training supports the team’s work across water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage cleanup, structural drying, and related restoration services.

Kirby has helped oversee projects ranging from large four-story office building remediation jobs to smaller residential losses. Regardless of the size of the property, he values providing customers with clear communication and a thoughtful approach throughout the restoration process.

Kirby earned his BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys Christian apologetics, traveling, playing golf, and playing guitar.
