Our Team

Kris Hamilton brings a unique blend of leadership, precision, and community spirit to Lightspeed Restoration of Southwest San Jose. His career began in customer service as a Shift Lead at Jamba Juice Co., where he learned the value of teamwork and efficiency. He later transitioned into real estate, building an impressive career of over 15 years as an Escrow Assistant and Escrow Officer, most recently with Fidelity National Title in Willow Glen, CA. In 2021, Kris expanded his expertise into construction as the General Contractor of K. Hamilton Homes, gaining firsthand experience managing projects and delivering quality results. Since 2025, he has led Lightspeed Restoration’s San Jose franchise, combining his business acumen and hands-on skills to support homeowners and businesses through unexpected property damage.

Kris holds several industry certifications, including IICRC Water Restoration Technician, OSHA 10 Hour Construction, Asbestos Awareness for General Industry, and Advanced Lead Awareness for Construction. This specialized training ensures his team delivers restoration services that meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Outside of work, Kris is deeply involved in his community. He proudly volunteers as a softball coach with the West Valley Slammers in San Jose and cheers passionately for his favorite Bay Area teams — the 49ers, Warriors, and San Francisco Giants. His leadership style reflects the same dedication he shows on the field and in the stands: committed, energetic, and team-oriented.

Kris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University. His blend of business expertise, construction experience, and community involvement make him a trusted partner for property restoration and recovery in the Southwest San Jose area.
