    Heather Noble

    General Manager, Owner

Turning life’s unexpected messes into moments of calm, care, and restoration.

With over 21 years of insurance experience at a global wholesale company, Heather brings a rare blend of industry expertise and compassionate leadership to every project. As an IICRC-certified professional, she helps clients confidently navigate both the restoration process and the complexities of insurance claims — making stressful situations feel more manageable from day one.

Heather is deeply rooted in faith, family, and service. She is actively involved in her church and passionate about encouraging others in their walk with Christ. At home, she and her husband are raising four energetic boys and two dogs, so she knows firsthand that life doesn’t always go according to plan — and that’s where grace (and a good sense of humor) comes in.

    Her mission is simple:
serve others well, love people deeply, and be a light in difficult moments.

    Keith Noble

Keith brings a lifetime of leadership and service to Lightspeed Restoration.

As an EMS Division Chief, with degrees in Emergency Management and IICRC certification, Keith has dedicated his career to public safety, emergency response, and helping people through critical situations when calm leadership matters most.

While less involved in day-to-day operations, Keith plays an important role in shaping the company’s values, standards, and mission. His passion for preparedness, restoration excellence, and community leadership is reflected in everything we do.

Outside of work, Keith is actively involved in church service and serves on multiple boards throughout the Austin area focused on keeping neighbors and the community safe.

Around here, we like to say Keith never really clocks out — he just changes uniforms.
